The Fraternal Aspect of the Rule
The Carmelite fraternity described in the Rule, on the inspiration of the Jerusalem community, is based on and nourished in the Word of the Lord, listened to alone and in common. Rule 4. 10, 11, 14, and cf. Con. 19 and 20.
